Exercise prescription can be a daunting task for new RMT graduates. The lack of practice or information can lead a new RMT to feel like they don’t have the confidence to prescribe exercises. Exercise prescription is an important part of massage therapy and changes the treatment from
passive to active.

The goal of this webinar is for RMTs, new and for those needing a refresher with exercise prescription, to become more comfortable and confident in prescribing exercises to their clients, so that their clients become pain-free in their daily lives.

Learning Outcomes
Understand different forms of basic exercises such as stretching and strength training, and how to develop proper parameters for such. Identify daily cues to go with exercise prescription that will allow for more client compliance.
