About the Instructor:
Tracie Skolny is a Registered Massage Therapist, award-winning educator, and an
international speaker on the topic of Fascia and Interoception. Based in London, Ontario,
she focuses on neuro-fascial approaches, integrating current evidence from the field of
manual therapy with compassionate, client-centred care. Tracie has been a college-level
educator for 16 years and more recently, a continued education provider of a 2-day Fascial
Refinement workshop centered around the topics of fascia and interoception.
Tracie received the Teacher of the Year award in 2025 from the American Massage Therapy
Association and the Educator of the Year in 2026 from the Registered Massage Therapist’s
Association of Ontario.

mechanical and neurological properties
2. Participants’ palpation skills we be refined to align with the sensory demands of Fascial
tissue
3. Participants will identify Fascial barriers through biotensegrity-informed assessment
techniques applied to the superficial skin and Fascia
4. Participants will understand Fascia’s role as an interface to interoception and integrate
techniques to restore regulation
5. Participants will treat Fascial barriers with techniques that are responsive to the
behaviour and properties of Fascia

Board for Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork (NCBTMB)
