Quinte Area Community-Based Network

Topic - Our next CBN event will be an evening presentation on Wednesday, November 18 at the Trenton location of the Belleville Quinte West Community Health Centre (https://www.bqwchc.com). A centre ambassador will be giving us an overview of the many free programs and services they provide, many of which could be useful self-care for our clients. (Walking groups! Drumming for cardiac health! Chair yoga! And so much more!) Hope to see you there!
