The Registered Massage Therapists' Association of Ontario (RMTAO) is thrilled to announce that we are officially seeking our next Executive Director & Chief Executive Officer.  

As the recognized voice of Registered Massage Therapists (RMTs) across Ontario, we advance the profession through dedicated advocacy, professional development, and comprehensive member support. As we enter an exciting new chapter of growth and revitalization, we are looking for a transformational, visionary leader to steer our mission forward, partner closely with our Board of Directors, and champion the interests of our members.  

If you are a strategic thinker, a disciplined financial manager, and a skilled relationship builder with a passion for healthcare and professional association leadership, we want to hear from you.  

Shortlisted candidates will be invited to participate in a two-stage interview process:

• First-round interviews (virtual): July 27, 2026
• Final interviews (in-person): August 10, 2026, at the RMTAO offices in Toronto
